This was my second time going through a real estate deal with Jas. My first in 2020 while buying my home and again in june 2025 while selling. Both experiences was fantastic. I did a rapid purchase as a first time home buyer and found myself supported thoroughly by Jas’s team - they helped me understand the process and dealt with the risks well. I had a solid experience. For the recent sale, Jas connected me with a well suited buyer and in record time the house was sold before going to market with a good above value price point. If I recall, Jas completed sale paperwork around 10:30pm to help me make deadlines before leaving the country - pure hustle to get it done. This also included coordinating some repairs found during final inspection and supporting me with logistics for final cleaning.
